Minimum 12m x 12m of clear flat ground for the screen structure, plus audience area in front. Parks, school ovals, and wedding lawns work well. If you are unsure about your venue, send us a photo and the dimensions and we will advise before you commit.
No. Same price every day of the year. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, school holidays, Christmas Eve, all the same. The only things that change a price are the package, the add-ons, and travel distance from Kwinana.
November through April is peak season with warm evenings and minimal rainfall. December and January are busiest. April and May (autumn) are a hidden gem with cooler evenings, earlier sunsets, and easier bookings. June through August we can use a framed screen indoors for winter events. Most one-off licences cost $150 to $400. We walk every community client through this process as part of booking.
