The 5m screen is ideal for community events of 50 to 300 people — school fetes, sporting club nights, council events, corporate functions and outdoor parties. For events over 300 people, our 8m screen from $1,100 is the better fit.
You need a minimum 12m square of flat, clear ground for the screen structure. Parks, ovals and open grounds are ideal. If you are unsure about your venue, send us the details and we can advise.
A standard mains power connection is all that’s needed. If your venue has no mains power, we can supply a generator for $150 including fuel. Just add it when you get a quote.
Allow 90 minutes for setup. Our team handles everything — you just need to have the site accessible at that time. Packdown happens the same night after the screening.
Yes — you supply the movie. If you need guidance on public screening licensing, contact us when you get a quote and we will point you in the right direction.
