You bring the secret, we bring the screen. It is genuinely the easiest big moment you will ever stage.
You send the reveal
A short video, a photo, an ultrasound, a countdown or a slideshow ending on the big colour. Bring it on a phone or laptop. If you want a hand putting a simple countdown together, just ask.
We set up at dusk
We deliver the screen, projector and professional sound, get the picture sharp and the audio right, and have it all ready the moment the light drops. You lift nothing.
Everyone finds out at once
Dim the yard, hit play, and watch the whole crowd react together as it lands on pink or blue. The reaction shots write themselves, and the gear is packed away before the night is over.

What deposit do you need, and can I cancel or reschedule?
A 50% booking fee secures your date, with the balance due before the event. You can reschedule free of charge with more than 72 hours' notice. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you stay and run it for us?
For a backyard reveal it is dry hire, so we deliver, set it all up and get it running, then leave you to your night. You will need someone there to press play on the reveal and start the movie, it is one tap on the remote, because we are not on site for backyard bookings. For larger community events we can stay and run the whole evening.
Can you play our own reveal video?
Yes. Bring whatever you like on a phone or laptop, a video, a photo, a slideshow or a simple countdown, and we will get it up on the screen. If you want help building a quick countdown clip, just ask when you book.
Does it have to be at night?
The picture needs darkness, so we start after dusk. In a Perth summer that is about 8:30pm, and in autumn and winter it is dark by 6 to 7pm. We arrive and set up earlier so everything is ready the moment the light drops.
How many people can come?
The 3m screen suits 25 to 30 guests, which is right for most backyards. For a bigger family-and-friends gathering we have 5m and 8m screens that handle larger crowds.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
We deliver right across Perth and the Peel region from our Kwinana base. The 3m screen is delivered free within 20km, and a flat $4/km applies beyond that. See the full suburb list for your area.
What do you need from us on the day?
A reasonably flat patch of lawn about 4 metres wide and a standard powerpoint within reach. That is it. We handle the screen, the sound, the setup and the pack-down.
Can we keep the party going after the reveal?
Absolutely, and most people do. Once the secret is out, queue up a family film and make a night of it. The screen is yours for the evening.
