Screen dimensions

How are the screens measured?

The screens measure precisely at 3.05 metres from corner to corner within the viewing area. Our size descriptions refer to the viewing area, not the overall frame dimensions.

The inflatable screens have a slightly larger overall profile than our framed screens. If space is tight at your venue, check out the 3m framed screen which has a smaller footprint.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We do not charge weekend or public holiday surcharges. The only additional cost is delivery beyond 20km of Kwinana, charged at $4 per kilometre. The first 20km is always free.

For private events at home, no license is needed. For public screenings, a public performance license is required. You can apply through Roadshow PPL. If you have questions about the process, their FAQ page is a good starting point.

The sound system works any time, but the projection works best in low light. As a general rule, you will get a clear bright image around 30 minutes after sunset. Daytime screenings in a darkened room also work well with the framed screen.

Yes. Once the screen is fully inflated and the fan is removed, the screen stays up silently. There is no continuous fan noise during your movie. This is one of the key advantages of our inflatable screens over older screen technology.

Most Perth homes have sufficient outdoor power. If yours does not, add a generator to your booking. Fuel is always included in the generator price.

A standard backyard handles the 3m setup comfortably. Rear projection is preferred and needs around 6m behind the screen. If space is tight, the framed screen is a more compact option and also works indoors.
