The 8m screen is designed for large community events — council screenings, school fetes, sporting club nights, corporate events and any outdoor event with 300 to 1,200 people. For smaller events of up to 300 people, our 5m screen from $600 is a better fit.
You need a minimum 17m square of flat, clear ground for the screen structure. The audience area is additional. Parks, ovals and open grounds are ideal. If you are unsure about your venue, send us the details and we can advise.
The 8m screen requires 30 amps of mains power. If your venue does not have this available, we can supply a generator for $300 including fuel. Just add it when you get a quote.
Allow 2 hours for setup. Our team handles everything — you just need to have the site accessible. Packdown happens the same night after the screening.
Yes — you supply the movie file. If you need help with film licensing for a public screening, we can point you in the right direction. Contact us when you get a quote and we will advise.
Yes. Our bean bag hire is $11 each and can be added to any booking. For 1,000+ people, most organisers combine bean bags with BYO chairs and blankets.
