Yes, with weighted bases instead of ground stakes. On soft ground (grass, turf) we use stakes and sandbags. On hard surfaces we use weighted water bases. The setup time is similar. Let us know your surface type when you enquire so we bring the right anchoring equipment.
The 8m inflatable screen has a safe operating limit of 35 km/h sustained wind. We monitor the Bureau of Meteorology Perth forecast and will not erect the screen in unsafe conditions. If we need to pack down due to wind during an event, your reschedule policy applies.
Go/no-go decision by 12pm on the day using the Bureau of Meteorology forecast. If conditions are unsafe (sustained wind above 35 km/h, electrical storms, heavy rain), we reschedule within 6 months at no extra cost. For council Summer Series programmes, we work with you to find the earliest available rescheduled date.
Yes. Wheelchair accessible viewing zones are standard at every community event. Closed captioning is supported for films that provide it. We can accommodate Auslan interpretation zones with advance notice. All site layouts are designed with emergency egress in mind.
