Can you have both?

Yes, and for a lot of events that is the sweet spot. Run the Glow Pack for the party itself, then use the smoke and laser from the Party Pack when you roll into a movie so the lasers cut through the haze. Hosting a Glow Night in Perth

The glow packages run UV bars that wash a whole backyard or hall so everything white or neon pops, and the Party Pack adds lasers, disco lights and haze. Finish the night with a blacklit outdoor movie on the 3m screen or the 5m for a bigger group.

What to Expect on the Night

We set up the UV lighting and the screen before guests arrive and position everything so the whole space glows rather than just one corner. Aim the UV bars inward from the edges, add a little haze, and white and neon light up across the yard or hall.

What you supply, what we bring

You supply the space, power and the film. We bring the UV bars, the Party Pack effects if booked, the screen, projector and PA, plus delivery and setup. Tell guests to wear white or neon and the lighting does the rest.

What Every Hire Includes

Whichever screen you choose, the price is all-inclusive: the screen, a matched projector, a professional PA, all cabling, delivery, setup and pack-down. The 3m sets up in about half an hour; the larger community screens take a little longer and come fully operated.

What you supply

Just the space, a power point and the film through your own device. Everything technical is ours to bring, set up and run. For sites where power is a walk away, the silent battery inverter keeps the only sound the film itself. Our screen size guide helps you match the screen to your crowd.

Can we add lighting and effects?+

Yes. The Party Pack is $250 for 48 hours and brings smoke, bubbles, lasers, disco lights and UV, and the glow packages add more UV and lasers for a full glow night. We set effects so haze drifts across the projector beam rather than fogging the lens, and keep lasers off the screen surface.

How much does it cost?+

Our 3m inflatable screen starts from $280, the 5m community screen from $600 and the 8m from $1,100, and every price is all-inclusive: screen, projector, PA, delivery, setup and pack-down. Add-ons like the Party Pack ($250 for 48 hours) and bean bags ($11 each) sit on top, and delivery is free within 20km of Kwinana.

What size screen do we need?+

For a backyard of up to about 30, the 3m inflatable screen is right. For up to around 300, the 5m community screen; for whole-of-community crowds up to 1,200-plus, the 8m. What happens if it rains?+

The screen and projector cannot run in rain, so we watch the forecast with you in the lead-up and make a call early rather than leaving you guessing. Many backyard setups shift under a patio, which the 3m screen fits beneath, and larger events can hold a reserve date. Full detail is in our weather policy.

How far ahead should we book?+

For an ordinary weekend a few weeks is usually enough, but peak summer dates and the marquee nights, New Years Eve, Christmas, Australia Day, book out months ahead. Booking early costs nothing extra and is the only way to guarantee your exact date, so if the event is happening, lock the screen first.

Do you deliver and set up?+

Yes, always. We deliver, set up, test and pack down every hire, and community screens are fully operated by our team for the whole event. Delivery is free within 20km of Kwinana, with a small per-kilometre rate beyond that.
