How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most bookings, and longer for large community or council events in peak season (March to May). We do take last-minute bookings when a screen is free, so it is always worth asking.
What deposit do you take?
A 50% deposit confirms and locks your date. The balance is due seven days before the event. Every price is fixed and written before any payment, with GST included and no weekend or public holiday surcharge.
What happens if it rains?
We watch the forecast with you in the days beforehand and will help you move to a backup date or indoor space where possible. Talk to us early and we will find a workable plan.
What is included in the price?
Screen, projector, professional PA, all cabling, delivery, setup and pack-down. Community events also include an on-site operator. You provide a flat space and, for most suburban bookings, a power point. For parks and off-grid sites we bring a silent generator.
