Perth Pop-Up Movies offers a full range of party hire packages for events right across Perth, from a simple glow lighting kit to full staffed event production for up to 300 people. Whether you are planning a backyard birthday, an 18th or 21st, a school disco, a wedding or a corporate function, there is a package to match your space and budget.
Our party light and sound packages pair JBL speakers with lasers, disco lights and a smoke or bubble machine. The glow packages use UV bars and lasers to turn any room into a neon dance floor, and our lighting packages run from a single light stand up to concert-style moving heads and pixel bars. Every package can also be added to an outdoor cinema hire booking.

How much do your party packages cost?
Packages range from $100 for the Glow Mini or Light Pack up to $700 plus delivery for the staffed Main Event. Most party light and sound packages sit between $150 and $250.
What is included in a hire package?
Each package combines lighting, sound or glow effects, listed on its own page. Smaller packages are quick self-setup and we walk you through them, while the Main Event and The Light Show are delivered and operated by our staff.
Do you deliver and set up across Perth?
Yes. Pickup from Parmelia is free. Delivery is charged at $6 per km from Kwinana plus a $50 setup fee, so the total depends on your suburb. Large staffed events are quoted directly.
Which package is right for my event?
For a backyard party the Party Pack ($250) or Glow Pack ($250) are most popular. For weddings, formals and events up to 300 people, choose the Main Event or The Light Show.
Can I combine a package with cinema hire?
Yes, any package can be added to an outdoor cinema booking, or hired on its own. Contact us and we will build a custom package for your event.
