Every hire package includes the screen, cinema-grade projector, professional sound system, full delivery, setup, operation for the duration of the event, and pack-down. No separate equipment hire, no hidden fees. The 3m package includes a 3,000 lumen projector. The 5m and 8m community screens include a 6,000 lumen projector with dual subwoofers.

The travel cost quoted is a return price — it covers both the delivery and the pack-down trip. You pay once, not per trip.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. For events booked well in advance, payment is due 7 days prior to the event. For near-term bookings, full payment is required upfront. There are no separate booking fees.

Screen packages include full setup and operation — self-pickup is not available as the technical operation is part of the service. Bean bag pickup is available at $3/km one way from Kwinana if you prefer to collect and return them yourself.

Pricing is per event, not per hour. The team arrives 60 to 90 minutes before your start time, runs the full event, and packs down afterwards. There is no hourly minimum or overtime charge for a typical event running to around 10pm.
