What’s included in the outdoor cinema hire?
All packages include the screen, projector, speakers, all cables, delivery, setup and packdown. You don’t need to supply anything.
Do you charge extra for weekends or public holidays?
No. Our pricing is the same 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays — no surcharges ever.
How far do you travel across Perth?
We deliver across all Perth suburbs. Free within 20km of Kwinana, covering Rockingham, Cockburn, Fremantle and surrounds. Beyond that, $4/km applies to Mandurah, Joondalup, Armadale and all other Perth suburbs.
How long does setup take?
Around 45–60 minutes for the 3m setup. Allow 1–2 hours for larger community screen setups.
Do I need power?
A standard power point is all you need for our 3m and 5m cinema screens. If your venue has no power, generator hire is available from $150.
Can I add extras on the day?
We recommend booking extras in advance to guarantee availability, but contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
What size screen do I need?
The 3m screen suits most backyard events up to around 50 people. The 5m suits events of 50–200 people and the 8m is ideal for large community events of 200+.
